Exchange / Return Policy:
All items are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch. Despite this, we recognize that sometimes small faults are missed or wrong items / sizes selected. We apologize if you have received an item which is faulty or not what you originally ordered.
We post multiple pictures of our items on our listings so as to give you a detailed idea of what is being sold and there are no surprises. We understand that buying on the internet is challenging. So we offer an Exchange Policy / Return Policy where if you are not satisfied with the product you can ship it back to us. You are welcome to choose anything else in exchange / Return with in 15 days period.
As we are a small owner operated business we request that you please correspond with us before leaving negative feedback. We do try our best to serve you but to err is human. So we request that you please let us know your thoughts and work out any issues.
For All Returns:
The cost of shipping for return is to be borne by the customer.
Customs charges/duties applicable have to be paid by the customer.
Please mention your Order Id while sending your return. Order Id is the only way we will be able to identify your order and effect refunds.

The returned item must be in our possession within 15 days of the date you receive it.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
